These terms cover purchases made from the Pasta Paradiso food truck and use of this website (pastaparadisony.com), operated by Makaronas LLC (“Pasta Paradiso,” “we,” “us”). By ordering from us or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Prices

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the truck at the time of your order.

Sales tax

New York City sales tax (currently 8.875%) is added to your order total at checkout and is not included in the menu prices shown.

Menu availability

Menu items, sauces, and add-ons are subject to availability and may change or sell out on a given day. We'll let you know at the window if something isn't available.

Allergens

Our kitchen prepares food with dairy, eggs, gluten, tree nuts, and other common allergens. Please tell us about any food allergies before ordering. Symbols on our menu (GF, V, VG) apply to marked components only — pasta and toppings can change the dietary suitability of a dish, so ask us about gluten-free preparation and cheese ingredients if it matters to you.

SMS Terms — Pasta Paradiso Text Club

The Pasta Paradiso Text Club is a marketing text message program: by joining, you get texts about where the truck is parked, new specials, the Flavor of the Month, and promotions and offers.

You join by submitting the web form at pastaparadisony.com/text-club.html and checking the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to cancel at any time; you'll receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Text HELP for help, or contact info@pastaparadisony.com / (718) 550-0065.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you provide when you join.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes — to show our menu, help you find the truck, and let you contact us. Please don't use it in any way that's unlawful or that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
