This page explains what information Pasta Paradiso (“we,” “us”) collects when you buy from the truck or visit this website, and what we do with it.

Payment information

When you pay by card, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and securely. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last few digits of the card for your receipt.

Information you choose to give us

If you ask for a digital receipt, or contact us for catering or a question, we'll collect whatever you give us to respond — typically your name, email address, and/or phone number. We use this only to send your receipt, respond to your message, or coordinate a catering booking. We don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Text messages (SMS)

If you join our Text Club at pastaparadisony.com/text-club.html, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, your first name if you give it, and a record of your consent (including the time and IP address of your signup). We use this information only to send you the marketing text messages you signed up for — truck location, specials, the Flavor of the Month, and promotions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is shared only with our SMS service provider, solely to deliver the messages you asked for.

Website analytics

This website currently does not use any analytics tools and does not set any cookies. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page to describe what's collected and why.

How we use information

We use the information described above only to: process your order, provide a receipt if requested, respond to questions or catering requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers who help us run the business (like Stripe, for payment processing), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.

Data retention

We keep contact information you've given us only as long as needed to respond to your request or fulfill a legal/accounting obligation, then delete it.
